Not only is the material made from super heavy duty biothane, we have stitched and riveted both the handle and the 3/4" heavy duty snap hook, making this leash down for anything you throw at it. It is not meant for your Shih-Poo named Milo. This is for a Cane Corso named Hank. (Just messin go ahead and use it for your tiny furball and get them a nice 1.5" mil spec collar to go with it.) Biothane is a perfect leather alternative. It's very easy to clean. Maintenance free. Doesn't hang on to odors. Feels great in your hand with softness and flexibility even in cold temperatures. And grips well. Comes with a handle. (Let us know in the comments if you would like it to come without a handle.)
